I homeschooled for 15 years through high school and dual-enrollment at community college as well as other colleges. I used the diploma template when my daughters graduated from Middle School, but it can be easily used for High School as well. 

I started using the Time Management Tool when my older daughter asked if she could go to a friend's house for the weekend. Knowing that she had a lot of work to do for school, I replied, "I don't know, can you? You may, but I'd like you to create a plan of how you're going to accomplish all you have to do, so YOU can decide if you're able to go to your friend's for the weekend." As my daughter used the tool weekly, it helped her develop better and better estimating on how long a homework or project was going to take. But more than that, it gave her a realistic plan on how she was not only going to accomplish her work but also do other things that she enjoyed.
